Ludlow Sixth Form College is a vibrant and supportive centre, delivering high-quality sixth form education within a well-established and welcoming community. We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to play a key role in the effective day-to-day running of the campus, helping to ensure an excellent experience for students, staff and visitors.
Reporting to the Head of Ludlow Sixth Form College, you will take a central role in coordinating administrative, operational, examination and customer-facing activities. You will contribute to maintaining a safe, efficient and well-organised environment, acting as a key point of contact for the campus and supporting a wide range of college functions.
You will lead on reception and customer service standards, managing enquiries, overseeing visitor processes in line with safeguarding requirements, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to work at the heart of a busy sixth form centre, supporting students and staff while contributing to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and the overall college experience.
The post may require some flexibility, including occasional evening working. HLNSC is committed to safeguarding including the Prevent Duty by promoting the welfare of all students and expects all staff to share this commitment.
