Hourly Paid Land-based/Agriculture Lecturer Are you interested in working with young people to support them to develop their skills within the land-based sector?
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to teach on our Level 1 to Level 3 Agriculture courses including full time students and apprentices. Teaching hours to be discussed and are negotiable depending on expertise and availability. Specialisms could include estate skills, machinery, tractor driving, tools and equipment. The successful applicant will provide an engaging learning experience both in the classroom and practical environments, enabling students to develop their knowledge and skills.
A teaching qualification is desirable, but not essential, as training will be offered to the right candidate. Importantly you will demonstrate a passion for motivating and encouraging young people to achieve the best of their ability, helping them to maximise their potential to progress onto further study within this sector.

Salary: £28.40 – £31.06 per hour including a payment for holiday pay (depending upon qualifications and experience)
