We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Faculty Administrator to join our dynamic team within the faculty of Community Studies at Herefordshire, Ludlow and North Shropshire College (HLNSC). This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth running of faculty operations and providing essential administrative support and reception duties for the faculty. HLNSC is a high-performing Further Education college offering courses across a range of subject areas to adults and young people. The purpose of the role is to support the efficient running of the faculty.

Responsibilities

  • Reception duties to help provide a welcoming environment for students and visitors.
  • Administrative duties to support the Vice Principal for the faculty.
  • Support with student recruitment processes.
  • Support with student data as part of management information systems including registers and timetables.

Requirements

  • Good ICT and organisational skills.
  • Be confident in performing reception duties with clear and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with the Vice Principal for the faculty and the curriculum team leaders to support the overall running of the faculty.
