To teach and assess a range of specialist Computing subjects and units from the BTEC Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Computing (Cyber Security) specifications, delivering to full and part time higher education students studying at the college. The ability to also develop and deliver Level 5 HND units would be advantageous. Teaching will take place at our Hereford campus.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess a range of specialist Computing subjects and units from the BTEC Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Computing (Cyber Security) specifications, delivering to full and part time higher education students studying at the college.
  • Deliver teaching at our Hereford campus.
  • Carry out associated organisational/administrative processes including preparation of work, marking and assessment, course tutorship, student welfare and counselling.
  • Support and participate fully in ongoing Faculty and College activities to achieve the College's key mission and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Hold a minimum HNC / Level 4 qualification in Computing.
  • Ideally have relevant work/industrial experience within the Computing & IT industry.
  • Those without teaching experience but willing to train towards are welcome to apply.
