Responsibilities

About You
- A solid background in Social Care or Health, backed by a qualifying degree.
- Deep expertise in current legislation, particularly the Care Act.
- A profound understanding of the Adult Social Care sector, its regulations, best practices and legislative frameworks, including the ASYE programme and Apprenticeships.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at building powerful partnerships with external agencies.
- Proven experience in budget management, ensuring cost‑effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
- A spirit of adventure and adaptability, ready for hybrid working and eager to explore our breathtakingly vibrant county.
- Experience in confidently leading and managing staff.
