About The Role

  • Location: Hereford City, Ross on Wye and Leominster (please feel free to specify your preference)

Responsibilities

  • Needs Assessment: Become our skill‑gap detection expert, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Strategy & Design: Innovate and create cohesive, cutting-edge learning strategies and materials that elevate our workforce's performance to new heights.
  • Implementation & Oversight: Mastermind the logistics, budgets, and impactful delivery of our next-generation training programs.
  • Effectiveness Tracking: Measure our success and ensure our initiatives are not just good, but transformative, fostering continuous improvement and goal attainment.

About You

  • A solid background in Social Care or Health, backed by a qualifying degree.
  • Deep expertise in current legislation, particularly the Care Act.
  • A profound understanding of the Adult Social Care sector, its regulations, best practices and legislative frameworks, including the ASYE programme and Apprenticeships.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at building powerful partnerships with external agencies.
  • Proven experience in budget management, ensuring cost‑effectiveness without sacrificing quality.
  • A spirit of adventure and adaptability, ready for hybrid working and eager to explore our breathtakingly vibrant county.
  • Experience in confidently leading and managing staff.
