Herefordshire Council is seeking a qualified Social Worker to join the Family Help locality teams, delivering protective interventions and wellbeing-focused support for children and families. You will lead case work, assess needs, manage a complex caseload, and cooperate with MACPT to safeguard children in line with statutory guidance.

You will chair key meetings, develop tailored Family Help Plans, and contribute to decision-making while maintaining high professional standards and restorative.
