We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Support Officer to join our Community Wellbeing Business Support team at Herefordshire Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer focused and highly organised individual.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and members of the public.
  • Support with a wide range of administrative duties for teams across the Community Wellbeing Directorate.
  • Typical day may include triaging and directing incoming calls, distributing confidential documentation, monitoring shared mailboxes, accurate minute taking, attending and coordinating budget approval and case collaboration meetings, and general administrative duties.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary range: £25,989 - £28,142.
  • Enrolment in the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
