About The Role
Job Title: Training and Professional Development Lead

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hereford City, Ross on Wye and Leominster (please feel free to specify your preference)

Hours: 37 Hours

Salary: ÂŁ46,142- ÂŁ50,269

Responsibilities

Needs Assessment: Become our skill‐gap detection expert, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Strategy & Design: Innovate and create cohesive, cutting-edge learning strategies and materials that elevate our workforce\’s performance to new heights.

Implementation & Oversight: Mastermind the logistics, budgets, and impactful delivery of our next-generation training programs.

Effectiveness Tracking: Measure our success and ensure our initiatives are not just good, but transformative, fostering continuous improvement and goal attainment.

About You

A solid background in Social Care or Health, backed by a qualifying degree.

Deep expertise in current legislation, particularly the Care Act.

A profound understanding of the Adult Social Care sector, its regulations, best practices and legislative frameworks, including the ASYE programme and Apprenticeships.

Exceptional collaboration skills, adept at building powerful partnerships with external agencies.

Proven experience in budget management, ensuring cost‐effectiveness without sacrificing quality.

A spirit of adventure and adaptability, ready for hybrid working and eager to explore our breathtakingly vibrant county.

Experience in confidently leading and managing staff.
