Behave consistently with and promote the values and beliefs of the organisation. Act as a role model to colleagues, seeking to maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Use their initiative and take responsibility for themselves and the quality of their work and the service they provide to patients. Be accountable for own professional actions and matters of clinical judgement.

Attend regular clinical supervision and line management as required by the service. Following completion of clinical supervision training, offer clinical/case management supervision, as required. Work with patients from diverse populations and make reasonable adjustments to enable equal opportunities for all. High intensity therapists are expected to manage their own time and performance effectively in line with service demands.
