Main duties
- Lead a small team to deliver professional NHS housekeeping services in accordance with schedules/procedures
- Ensure standards are achieved by contributing to processes and maintaining staff records
- Maintain rosters and ensure staff induction/training; complete staff development reviews
- Report equipment/environment defects and manage/replenish housekeeping related stock
- Support, training and guidance to enable you to undertake a range of duties to support your team

Person Specification
- Essential:
- Able to meet the travel requirements of the role
- You understand that we will not provide sponsorship to work for this role
- NVQ1 in Housekeeping or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in the cleaning industry
- Qualifications (Essential):
- NVQ1 in Housekeeping or experience to an equivalent level
- Will provide original certificates to verify qualifications at point of offer
- Desirable:
- Certificates in Health and Safety, Manual Handling
- Any other job related training
- NVQ2 in Housekeeping
- Supervisory experience in the cleaning industry
- NHS cleaning supervision would be an advantage
