Working alongside clinical teams and infection control, housekeeping teams ensure the cleanliness of the Trusts estate in accordance with national standards and the Trusts strategic cleaning plan. Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team to deliver professional NHS housekeeping services in accordance with schedules/procedures and contribute to processes to ensure standards are achieved.
  • Maintain staff records, ensuring rosters meet service needs.
  • Be involved in staff induction/training and complete staff development reviews.
  • Report equipment/environment defects and manage/replenish housekeeping related stock.
  • Work alongside clinical teams and infection control to ensure the cleanliness of the Trusts estate in accordance with national standards and the Trusts strategic cleaning plan.
  • Provide support to undertake a range of duties to support your team.
  • This role is a permanent vacancy at Pershore Community Hospital (20 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 08:00-12:00).
