Joint working with others, e.g. patients, colleagues in the delivery of high quality healthcare. Build positive working relationships, respecting and valuing others, being helpful and inclusive. Work alongside the multi-disciplinary team to deliver interventions both on the ward and in the community. To work with patients on a one to one and group basis to develop independent living skills and provide psychoeducation to support their recovery pathway. To carry out enhanced observations of patients/clients.
