Overview
We are looking for two Community Support Workers to join SHAPE (Supporting Health and Promoting Exercise). The primary purpose of this role is to support the delivery of a health and exercise programme for patients on the Severe Mental Illness Register. SHAPE is provided by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust to reduce health inequalities and improve health outcomes by offering patients weekly sessions with advice on health and wellbeing as well as the opportunity to try activities including Zumba, Pilates and Pickleball. This is a full time post working Monday to Friday. The post holders will be based at Studdert Kennedy House and will support the delivery of SHAPE in several locations. In addition to meet Home Office salary threshold you must have the significant experience to be offered top of the pay band AND work a minimum of 35.5 hours per week. The service operates flexibly from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. The role involves working across the counties and supporting delivery of SHAPE.
