Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for Administrative Assistants to be part of the countywide implementation of Hospital at Home (H@H) within Worcestershire based within our Integrated Single Point of Access (SPA) in Worcester. These posts are full time, however we would consider part time with a minimum of 30 hours per week required. Based at Kings Court 2 in Worcester and expected to work shifts across a seven day week to cover the operating hours of 07:30β20:00. This role will be integral in supporting the coordination and roll out of a countywide H@H service as well as supporting the other administrative work in the integrated SPA. The SPA also continues to grow and develop and the post holder will be part of the administrative workforce within this integrated SPA and be involved in the operational growth and development of this service. We require flexible and adaptable candidates who are able to manage a busy and varied workload across the H@H and SPA services to support a seamless delivery of administrative support to support the urgent delivery of services to professionals and patients. You will be required to provide administrative support for the H@H and Integrated SPA services.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Hospital at Home (H@H) and Integrated SPA services.
- Record information in spreadsheets to enable data and activity within the H@H & Community SPA to be analysed and presented by the Operational Lead.
- Support the coordination, growth and development of the H@H and SPA services and contribute to the operational workload.
- Cover shifts across a seven day week to align with operating hours (07:30β20:00).
