Business Coordinator to join Hereford Racecourse this September.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people, projects and events together.

As the key on-site commercial contact, you'll work closely with our sales, operations and delivery teams to ensure every race day and non-race day event runs seamlessly.

From coordinating hospitality bookings and supporting valued clients to showcasing the venue and working with the local community, no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities Acting as the main on-site contact for commercial racing and non-racing events.

Coordinating event and hospitality bookings from final confirmation through to successful delivery.

Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted point of contact throughout the planning process.

Working closely with sales, operations and delivery teams to ensure every event is executed to the highest standard.

Managing direct enquiries and ensuring clear communication between all stakeholders.
