The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
The successful candidate will undertake a variety of duties including face to face and telephone consultations, e-consultations, and work as part of our acute care team providing on the day care for our registered patients. You will work from our four sites, the main site being a purpose built medical practice.
Part of your duties will be working with our dedicated Acute Care Team, that supports patients requiring care on the day. This team has dedicated leadership and permanent staff, working together in a supportive manner. You will also carry out routine surgeries, allowing for continuity of care for patients and your own ability to book and follow up patients. We operate 15 minute appointments.
Hereford Medical Group is a large General Practice operating over 4 sites in and around Hereford City. Our main hub is a purpose built practice in the Centre of Hereford, close to the train station. We are a people centred organisation, caring for a population of approximately 49,000 patients and employing approximately 180 permanent staff in addition to trainees.
We are innovative and inclusive, providing a dynamic and friendly atmosphere to work in. HMG Training practice is supported by a dedicated team of Allied Health Professionals (Nurse Practitioners, Pharmacists, Physicians Associates, Biomedical Scientists and Primary Care Practitioners) delivering care in innovative ways. We support GP portfolio careers and encourage professional development, whilst providing support and mentorship via our twice monthly professional forum and individual mentoring.
The working days include Monday, Thursday and Friday. Salary is dependent on experience. We offer competitive salaries to reflect experience and a wide range of staff benefits, including pharmacists, safeguarding officers, primary care practitioners, biomedical scientists, an acute care team and administration support to support good clinical care.
