We are a fully private, friendly, family-oriented practice with an excellent local reputation. Our well-established support team are available to ensure that you will have everything you need. The practice is located a short walk (5 min.) from the town centre. The train station is a 20 min walk away with good links to Worcester, Gloucester, and Birmingham. There is also ample free street parking available close to the practice.

About you

  • Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
  • A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
  • The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
  • Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
