Process Operator

Hereford Contract Canning is a fast-growing contract canning business, proudly working with leading drinks brands. Due to ongoing investment and the acquisition of new customers, we are expanding and looking to recruit Process Operators to join our Manufacturing department.

You\’ll be part of a dedicated team of Operators responsible for the effecient blending and quality of the products packed on a beverage canning line.

You will be working 12 hour shifts, rotating days and nights / , Week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thurs, Week 2, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Week 3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Role Description

• Safely operate all types of machinery and equipment in the processing area.
• Blending products to a set recipe and specification.
• Offloading and loading tankers of product.
• CIP of all tanks and product mains.
• Undertake Quality Control checks of the products to ensure the product conforms to all Quality and food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
