About HERE

Everything works right here™. Traditional browsers weren’t built for work. In today’s enterprise environment—where security threats are constant and productivity is critical—legacy browsers fall short. That’s why we built HERE, the browser purpose-built for work. Powered by Chromium, HERE Enterprise Browser combines enterprise-grade security, seamless productivity, and native AI integration in one secure, intelligent workspace. Designed for regulated industries, HERE offers deep policy controls, identity-based access, secure workspace isolation, and full interoperability across SaaS, legacy, and virtualized environments. Our platform enables teams to work faster, more securely, and more intelligently—without compromise.

HERE technology is trusted by 90% of global banks and also used within the U.S. Intelligence Community and other sectors. We’re backed by some of the world’s most respected financial institutions and venture firms, including Bain Capital Ventures, Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo and IQT, the not-for-profit strategic investor that accelerates the introduction of groundbreaking technologies to enhance the national security of America and its allies.

About the Role

HERE is growing and we are hiring for an experienced Sales Director to join our EMEA Sales team. This role will be crucial for expanding our Enterprise SaaS footprint across large organisations and industries in Financial Services and beyond including Manufacturing, Energy, Metals & Mining, and Utilities. Sales Directors work to drive new business, creating pipelines with new relationships and further expanding within those firms. Driving the successful adoption of the HERE technology platform and increasing the overall customer base is at the core of this position's responsibilities. Commercial success will be measured through organically generating a significant pipeline of opportunities, along with effectively communicating our Enterprise SaaS value proposition and successfully managing opportunities. This role will be focused on selling within the UK and Continental Europe markets.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully generating and closing SaaS deals across Financial Services and at least one other industry, leveraging his or her existing network, and managing a high volume of opportunities simultaneously. Please note, this is an individual contributor role and the person in the seat will be responsible for growing and achieving their own sales targets, not managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong pipeline: Build and mature a pipeline with proactive prospecting, initiating effective contact, and strategic account networking. Leverage your network together with our sales technology and AI tools to drive your own efficiency and deliver value-led sales messaging.
  • Meet sales quota and drive success: Conduct and execute on sales campaigns, achieving annual sales targets with a robust, measurable sales process (we follow MEDDICC). Effectively communicate your opportunity progression.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships: Cultivate and sustain valuable client relationships while navigating the complete sales cycle. Land and expand via referrals.
  • Become a solutions consultant: Build out comprehensive insights into AI, security and productivity industry trends, enterprise challenges, and digital transformation strategies and apply those to customer-specific challenges, use cases and priorities to best align our solution with customer needs.
  • Become a HERE Expert: Quickly developing a deep understanding of our product and underlying technology to clearly communicate our value proposition with confidence to senior stakeholders, including both business leaders, engineering, AI and security teams. Represent HERE at industry events and assist with lead generation strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong industry knowledge with a minimum of 6+ years of direct SaaS sales experience, selling across financial services and at least one additional industry such as manufacturing, metals & mining, and/or energy.
  • Confident command selling to the UK and Continental Europe with a focus on UK, Ireland, France, Germany and/or Spain.
  • High energy and a drive to succeed.
  • Prior experience selling technology tools and independently generating pipeline from proactive outreach.
  • A proven track record for generating and closing deals within direct sales.
  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms combined with the knowledge and aptitude to present skills to articulate value proposition and align with customer priorities.
  • The ability to manage stakeholder communications and drive a sales process from start to finish.
  • A genuine enthusiasm and interest in both technology and our product mission.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Business proficient speaking a second European language preferred.

  • Generous Paid Holidays, Company Holidays & Sick Time.
  • Competitive & Comprehensive Health Insurance.
