We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Estate Cleaning Operative to maintain a clean and hygienic Estate/Campus. Your role will be essential in ensuring a comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Estate Cleaning (Jet Washing, Machine Cleaning, Dusting, Furniture cleaning, Litter Picking, Assisting with furniture relocation)
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Sanitizing high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, light switches, entrance doors and frames
- Cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies (Loading Bays)
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages
- Following health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Understanding of health & safety guidelines
- Experience with cleaning machinery (Jet Washing, Scrubber Drier, Sweepers and Leaf blowers/vacuums)
