Job Title: SEO Executive
Salary: £30,000 + Performance Bonus

This agency is known for its hands-on, collaborative environment. The SEO team is small but highly technical, delivering impactful work for clients with retainers ranging from £2k to £20k+. They work closely with senior marketing leaders across various industries, offering genuine consultancy and execution that drives results.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing agency where training and career development are prioritised, and progression to Account Manager or SEO Lead is actively encouraged.
- Manage a varied portfolio of ~10 clients, with retainers ranging from £2k–£9k
- Carry out core SEO tasks including keyword research, audits, technical optimisation, meta content, and site speed improvements
- Support senior team members with SEO strategy and activation
- Stay updated on SEO trends and proactively support client growth
- Client-facing responsibilities are optional – internal client liaison support and scheduling is provided
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced team environment where training is ongoing and ideas are welcomed
Skills & Experience
- Ideally 1+ years of SEO experience (open to ambitious graduates with 6+ months’ experience)
- Agency experience preferred but not essential
- A passion for SEO and a proactive, growth-minded attitude
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Content writing experience is a bonus
- Open to specialists or generalists – having a niche can support faster career growth
