The Company

An award-winning, full-service agency with over a decade of growth is looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to join their London-based team on a freelance or contract basis. Originally founded as a production agency, the company has evolved into a 30-strong integrated agency with specialist teams across client services, creative, production, strategy, organic, and paid media. With offices in London, they work with a mixture of B2B and B2C brands, predominantly in eCommerce. The agency is scaling rapidly and entering a new phase of ambitious growth through 2025 and beyond.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across key client accounts
  • Deliver a traditional 360° role: 90% Paid Social, 10% PPC
  • Manage a small performance team of 3 (2 Account Managers and 1 Executive)
  • Own campaign performance, insights, and reporting for eCommerce clients across Meta and other platforms
  • Collaborate with in-house creative teams and client-side stakeholders to brief, review, and refine ad content
  • Make strategic recommendations based on performance data and trends
  • Contribute to broader agency performance strategy and client development

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Paid Social within an agency environment (essential)
  • Confident working across Meta Business Suite and other social platforms
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring at least one team member (desirable)
  • Understanding of performance creative best practices (desirable)
  • Background in eCommerce clients or campaigns (desirable)
  • Strong communicator able to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
  • Must be based in the London area and able to attend the office twice per week
