Senior Paid Media Manager (e Commerce)

Location

  • London (Hybrid, Flexible)
  • The Company

This is a well-established and highly regarded e Commerce business with a strong reputation within its industry and an established customer base.

The business has built a successful online presence and a strong track record of growth, with Paid Media playing an important role in its continued success.

Despite already being well established, the business has ambitious plans for further growth.

There is a clear focus on continuing to scale customer acquisition, increase online revenue and identify new opportunities across its digital channels.

The culture is collaborative and forward-thinking, with people trusted to take ownership, share ideas and challenge conventional thinking.

Innovation, testing and continuous improvement are embedded into the way the team works, giving you the opportunity to make a genuine commercial impact rather than simply manage campaigns.

You’ll work alongside experienced digital, e Commerce and marketing specialists, gaining exposure to a wide range of campaigns, customer journeys and performance strategies.

Your experience will allow you to take ownership of Paid Media activity, influence wider acquisition strategy and play an important role in supporting the next stage of the company’s growth.

The Role

As a Senior Paid Media Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Paid Media strategy and performance across the e Commerce business.

This is a hands‑on and commercially focused position, combining campaign management and optimisation with strategic planning, performance analysis and wider commercial input.

You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve acquisition performance, making recommendations around budget allocation and helping shape the continued growth of the Paid Media function.

The business is looking for someone with a strong e Commerce background, ideally with experience managing Paid Media within a commercially focused online business.

Your core channel expertise can be either PPC or Paid Social, but you’ll need strong hands‑on experience and a good understanding of how Paid Media contributes to wider e Commerce performance.

You’ll work closely with wider marketing, trading and e Commerce teams, giving you visibility of the full customer journey and the opportunity to directly influence online revenue and growth.

  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Own the management and optimisation of Paid Media campaigns across key platforms, ensuring activity delivers against commercial objectives.
  • Develop and implement Paid Media strategies focused on customer acquisition, revenue, profitability and growth.
  • Manage Paid Media budgets and make data‑led decisions around channel investment and performance.
  • Analyse campaign, customer and trading data to identify opportunities and continually improve performance.
  • Work closely with wider e Commerce, marketing and trading teams to align Paid Media activity with commercial priorities.
  • Present performance, insights and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, while contributing to the continued development of the Paid Media function.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong e Commerce Paid Media experience is essential, with a proven track record managing campaigns in a commercially focused environment.
  • Strong hands‑on experience across either PPC or Paid Social, with a good understanding of performance marketing.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with either Google Shopping or Meta Catalogue Ads.
  • Hybrid working with genuine flexibility around where and how you work.
  • 30 days annual leave, plus your birthday off.
  • Flexible working hours and the option to work abroad for up to 8 weeks per year.
  • Private healthcare, enhanced pension and comprehensive wellbeing support.
  • £1,500 annual personal development budget for courses, certifications, conferences or anything that helps you progress.
  • £2,000 annual lifestyle allowance towards fitness, travel, hobbies or personal interests.
  • Annual company retreat abroad, alongside regular team events, socials and experiences.
  • Monthly team experience budget, giving teams the freedom to organise their own activities.
  • Enhanced parental leave and a flexible return-to-work programme.
  • Access to the latest Paid Media, analytics and e Commerce technology.
  • Regular opportunities to attend major industry events and conferences, with travel and accommodation covered.
  • Modern London office with catered lunches, drinks and team events.
  • £5,000 annual "big idea" fund for employees to pitch and test new ideas that could improve the customer experience, marketing or wider business.
