You’ll find yourself trusted with significant client responsibilities early on, accelerating your career progression beyond typical agency experiences. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage paid social campaigns (80%) and support PPC activities (20%) across a diverse client base.
  • Take ownership of full campaign lifecycles from real-time bidding (RTB) to activation, supported by a client services team.
  • Work on approximately 5 main accounts spanning ecommerce and lead generation sectors, with monthly budgets ranging from £1K to £80K.
  • Support junior team members through delegation and training, though no direct reports initially.
  • Participate in audits for new business pitches and client strategy discussions.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social platforms is essential; PPC experience is desirable.
  • Experience working with ecommerce clients preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and meeting KPIs.
