Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Paid Media strategy and execution for 3-4 eCommerce clients
  • Lead on campaign planning, performance tracking, and optimisation across PPC and Paid Social
  • Take full responsibility for client communication, reporting, and results
  • Set up and manage media budgets to drive ROI and ROAS
  • Line manage 1 Account Executive after probation
  • Contribute to a collaborative, fast-paced team and help mentor junior team members

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in Paid Media (agency-side preferred)
  • Strong background in both PPC and Paid Social campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with eCommerce clients essential
  • Confident leading client meetings, reporting, and building trust with stakeholders
  • Skilled in using Google Analytics and working towards performance KPIs (ROAS, ROI, etc.)
  • People management experience preferred
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta Catalogues, or dashboards like Google Data Studio
