As it continues to scale across new international markets and digital verticals, the business is now looking to hire a Marketing Director.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Marketing Director, you will take ownership of the overall marketing strategy across a portfolio of consumer-facing brands, leading the integration of Paid Media, TV, CRM, and broader brand and performance marketing activity. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on both acquisition and retention, with an increasing emphasis on driving lifetime value and repeat purchase behaviour across a large and engaged customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning the end-to-end marketing strategy across multiple consumer brands and verticals
  • Leading performance and brand marketing activity across Paid Social, TV, Organic Social and CRM
  • Driving a shift towards retention and repeat purchase strategies to maximise customer lifetime value
  • Overseeing acquisition strategy across high-frequency, performance-led marketing channels
  • Working closely with creative, product, and brand teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution
  • Leading on marketing effectiveness, including attribution modelling and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Owning senior stakeholder management and providing clear, data-led insight to the leadership team
  • Identifying new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and international markets

This role sits within the senior leadership team alongside the Heads of Operations and Finance, and will act as a key on-the-ground leader within the business.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Approx. 8+ years’ experience in marketing, ideally in high-frequency, performance-led environments (e.g. competitions, iGaming, ecommerce, subscriptions)
  • Strong expertise across Paid Social, TV, and/or Organic Social (at least two required)
  • Proven experience in both acquisition and retention marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of attribution modelling and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM)
  • Experience working closely with creative teams to shape performance-led content
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong leadership experience, ideally managing multi-channel or multi-brand marketing teams
  • Open to both in-house (preferred) and agency backgrounds
