Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a growth or sales role within a digital, media, or ecommerce agency.
  • Proven track record of driving new business through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles (6-18 months) and working in a consultative sales environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).

Company Benefits

  • Competitive basic salary of £45k-£65k with OTE of £75k-£130k.
  • Dynamic working: Flexible work-from-home options, with a requirement to be in the London office at least 2 days a week.
  • Private medical insurance for peace of mind.
  • Income protection and a range of well-being benefits.
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing with service.
  • Additional perks including birthday off, summer hours, and performance reviews twice a year.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team and accelerate your earnings potential. With average deal sizes worth £300k in agency fees, and commissions of £12k per deal, it’s realistic to double your basic salary.
