We’re looking for an ambitious, driven New Business Manager to join an ecommerce agency at the forefront of performance marketing, commerce solutions, and social media. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the agency’s growth, working with a talented team focused on building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
In this role, you will be instrumental in growing and converting the agency’s sales pipeline. You’ll lead targeted outreach campaigns, support pitches, build strong relationships with key partners, and manage key accounts from initial lead to successful onboarding. The agency’s deal cycles typically range from 6 to 18 months, so we’re looking for a consultative salesperson who is comfortable navigating longer sales processes and building trust with clients over time.
Roles & Responsibilities- Lead generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts, working closely with the marketing team to drive targeted outreach.
- Maintain and grow relationships with media and technology partners to drive new business opportunities.
- Manage and update CRM systems, ensuring all sales activity is tracked and reported accurately.
- Support the pitch process from start to finish, including preparing RFPs, managing logistics, and ensuring internal teams are aligned.
- Collaborate with the wider team to develop growth strategies and enhance the agency’s value proposition.
- 3+ years of experience in a growth or sales role within a digital, media, or ecommerce agency.
- Proven track record of driving new business through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience managing long sales cycles (6-18 months) and working in a consultative sales environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
- Experience working with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred).
- Competitive basic salary of £45k-£65k with OTE of £75k-£130k.
