Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the paid media function, with a primary focus on paid social acquisition.
- Manage and optimise Meta campaigns to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Build and scale TikTok as a key customer acquisition channel.
- Manage substantial marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and scalable growth.
- Partner closely with creative teams to improve testing frameworks, creative performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with SEO, CRO, Product, Data, and wider Growth teams to maximise funnel performance.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and make commercially driven recommendations.
- Implement AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and streamline marketing processes.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Drive continuous experimentation across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, messaging, and channel performance.
- Contribute to broader growth initiatives and support the business on its journey towards continued scale and profitability.
- Take increasing ownership across the wider customer acquisition funnel as the business grows.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years' experience within performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid social acquisition.
- Proven track record managing significant paid media budgets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue-focused marketing strategies.
- Experience working within high-growth, scale-up, or fast-paced digital businesses.
- Exposure to TikTok advertising and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven commercial decisions.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously whilst collaborating effectively with wider growth and marketing teams.
- Experience across both paid social and paid search is beneficial, although the role will predominantly focus on paid social.
