As a Paid Media Account Manager, you will take ownership of high-performing accounts while helping to shape strategy and support team development. This role is suitable for someone specialising in PPC, or PPC with Paid Social exposure.
- Leading PPC campaigns, with the option to work across Paid Social and other paid channels.
- Developing and executing performance strategies aligned to client goals.
- Managing budgets and ensuring spend is aligned with performance targets.
- Building strong client relationships through regular communication and performance reviews.
- Managing and mentoring 1β2 junior executives, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Collaborating with internal teams to meet client deliverables and deadlines.
- Monitoring performance, identifying opportunities, and driving continuous optimisation.
- Contributing to departmental development initiatives such as training, new business support, and best practice sharing.
Your Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years' experience delivering PPC campaigns (or predominantly PPC within a mixed-channel role).
- Proven experience managing sizeable monthly budgets and driving strong performance outcomes.
- eCommerce performance experience (CPA, ROI, ROAS-focused).
- Experience developing or managing junior team members.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Paid Social or other paid media channels is advantageous but not essential.
