Roles & Responsibilities

As a CRM Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts and take ownership of campaign delivery from concept to optimisation. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals and bring CRM strategies to life – using Klaviyo as your primary platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing full-funnel CRM campaigns across email, automation and retention channels.
• Creating conversion-focused copy and designing effective email templates.
• Building, testing and optimising automated workflows within Klaviyo.
• Reviewing campaign data, identifying insights, and presenting recommendations to clients.
• Collaborating with clients on strategy, planning and creative direction.
• Exploring additional channels such as SMS and push notifications.
• Using AI tools to streamline processes and enhance creative output.

Your Skills & Experience

• Demonstrable experience delivering CRM or email marketing campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong copywriting ability and a good understanding of design for email.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms – Klaviyo experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• A curious, proactive mindset with an interest in automation and AI tools.
• Bonus: Experience with SMS, push notifications or mobile CRM channels.
