Job Title: Paid Media Account Director
Location: London, UK (flexible/hybrid – occasional travel to the London office)

Role & Responsibilities
As Paid Media Account Director, you’ll take strategic ownership of key performance marketing accounts, acting as a senior client partner while leading teams to deliver exceptional results across PPC and Paid Social.
This is a leadership role with influence – shaping account strategy, guiding senior stakeholders, driving commercial growth and helping define best practice across the agency.
- Lead the strategic direction of high‑value PPC and Paid Social accounts (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms)
- Act as a trusted senior advisor to clients, owning relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
- Drive commercial growth across accounts through upsell, cross‑sell and long‑term planning
- Oversee campaign performance, ensuring best‑in‑class execution, optimisation and reporting
- Translate performance data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations
- Mentor and develop Account Managers and Paid Media Managers, fostering a high‑performance team culture
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on agency‑wide initiatives, innovation and process improvement
- Contribute to new business pitches, proposals and strategic planning where required
Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands‑on experience across Paid Search and/or Paid Social within a performance marketing environment
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships and large or complex accounts
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving account growth and retention
- Confident leader with experience mentoring and developing high‑performing teams
- Strategic thinker who balances innovation with measurable performance outcomes
