Role & Responsibilities

  • This newly created senior role is focused on driving growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach while strengthening key relationships.
  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound leads, outreach, events, and existing networks.
  • Lead pitches and presentations, helping win large-scale campaigns.
  • Support senior relationship management, driving retention, upsell, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to shape the go-to-market strategy and ensure commercial alignment.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in media (Paid Social, Programmatic, PPC).
  • Proven track record in business development, growth, and senior client leadership.
  • Ability to generate inbound leads via events, referrals, social outreach, or existing networks.
  • Experience in independent companies preferred, with cross-selling experience a bonus.
  • Self-starter who can hit the ground running and deliver results.
