You’ll be joining a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where ideas are valued, leadership is visible, and impact is tangible. This newly created senior position is focused on revenue growth and strategic partnership development. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead new business generation while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
- Driving new business through inbound leads, proactive outreach, events, and personal networks
- Leading high-value pitches and presentations, securing large-scale, multi-channel digital campaigns
- Building and nurturing senior client relationships to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Partnering with the CEO to refine the go-to-market strategy and ensure strong commercial alignment
- Collaborating with delivery, strategy, and media teams to ensure seamless handover and outstanding client experience
- Acting as a senior ambassador for the agency within the wider digital and media landscape
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ experience within digital media, ideally with deep expertise in Paid Social, Programmatic, or PPC
- Proven track record in new business development, revenue growth, and senior client leadership
- Strong ability to generate leads through referrals, events, partnerships, social outreach, and existing networks
- Experience in independent agencies preferred; cross-selling digital solutions is highly advantageous
- Highly driven, commercially minded self-starter capable of building momentum quickly and delivering results
