Client Services Account Manager

As a Client Services Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with key clients, primarily within the SaaS and tech sectors. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, growth, and the delivery of high-quality results., + Manage a portfolio of 5-10 clients, representing approximately £60,000-£120,000 in total revenue per month.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.

• Collaborate with SEO Managers and other specialists to deliver on client objectives.

• Identify opportunities for upselling services and increasing client spend.

• Oversee contract renewals and ensure client retention.

• Monitor and report on performance, providing actionable insights to clients.

• 2-5 years of experience in client or account management within an agency setting.

• Demonstrated experience managing SaaS or tech industry clients.

• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles (desirable).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana) and Google Suite.

• Commercially savvy with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

• Upsell commission scheme with potential earnings of £2,000-£4,000 per year.

• Nine-day fortnight (every other Friday off, paid).

• Informal flexitime: Work your hours between 7:30 am and 8:30 pm.

• Option to work abroad for up to 6 months after 9 months of service.
