We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant Business Analyst, SC cleared, to join our team at Herd Consulting. You will provide highâimpact, pragmatic analysis to an evolving set of clients across government, local authorities, higher education, and charities.
Responsibilities
- Own endâtoâend business analysis delivery within projects, products, or programmes.
- Escalate outâofâscope issues, propose solutions, and drive resolution.
- Work independently or as part of blended client teams, influencing decisions and building consensus.
- Contribute to earlyâstage engagements or join later in the lifecycle.
- Share expertise through blogs, podcasts, speaking engagements, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing.
- Support sales activities, including bids, tenders, preâsales work, and Statements of Work.
- Potentially lead, coach, and manage junior and midâlevel BAs, handling performance and development.
- Assist in hiring activities, including CV sifting, assessment design, panel interviews, and recommendations.
- Embrace the company's culture, driving inclusion and collaboration.
