Ganger (Temporary, Full-time)
Hercules-PLC is looking to hire a Ganger for a major civil project based in Elgin, IV30 6GR.
This is a temporary position lasting from the 21/09/26 - 18/12/26, with the possibility of extension.
Location: Elgin, SC T, GB (Site address: IV30 6GR).
Contract & Hours
Full-time.
Pay: £19.12-£21.81 per hour (pay rate is £19.12 rising to £21.81 with rolled up holiday pay PAYE).

- CSCS card (gold)
- SSSTS and SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Manual Handling
- EUSR Cat 1&2
- Safety Critical Medical (preferred)
Responsibilities
Assignment will take place on an active construction site controlled by our client. Workers may be exposed to the normal risks associated with construction activities, including moving plant and vehicles, manual handling, uneven ground, noise, dust, working at height, and interaction with other site activities. Site-specific risks will be briefed in full at induction on your first day on site and task-specific risks will be briefed daily or as required. You must adhere to all site rules, risk assessments and method statements, task briefings, toolbox talks, permits, supervision and required PPE.
