The Opportunity

Our Business development team works alongside our partners and lawyers across our sectors, services and offices to support and develop our relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional service and exploring new avenues through which we can help them meet their business needs.

Our brand, marketing and digital team help position us as thought leaders amongst our target markets in the areas we most want to be known for, by creating intuitive and engaging collateral, events and campaigns.

As part of the business development team, you will play a hands-on role in contributing to the firm’s success and helping to achieve its objectives.

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who is used to working on multiple projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The right candidate will work well as part of an open, collaborative team but will also be able to take responsibility and own the design process from concept to delivery.

High levels of organisational and time management skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to understand their requirements, and think strategically to meet their needs.
  • Support the existing Design Team and, where appropriate, take ownership of projects.
  • Monitor the intake Inbox and communicate with the team, triage work internally and brief to the appropriate offshore or internal team.
  • Work to maintain a consistent, high-level of service and take responsibility for effective communication from the Design team.
  • Take responsibility for ensuring projects are progressing, provide progress reports and flag potential problems.
  • Actively assist in contributing to the service offering from the Design Team from both a creative and service point of view.
  • Be proactive in taking on projects and updates to existing deliverables.
  • Appropriately organise and prioritise workload, utilising the London and Mumbai teams.
  • Ensure all work completed by Mumbai is reviewed against the brief before it is sent to stakeholders.
  • Consistently provide a high level of customer service and consistent global messaging, which makes Design a team stakeholders want to engage with.
  • Promote brand awareness and consistency in accordance with the brand guidelines.
  • Be an active part of a positive, collaborative, high performing culture.
  • Foster and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with Mumbai (Integreon) and be part of evolving their understanding of our brand and products.
  • Be a part of the ongoing process to improve processes and achieve best practice by suggesting and discussing observations and improvements.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator) and MSO (Word and Power Point).
  • Experience leading large, high value, complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders. With a strong track record of working within a fast-paced, corporate environment.
  • Used to producing high-quality work under pressure and sensitively managing changes of scope.
  • Video editing and motion graphic experience would be an advantage (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro).
  • Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail, with an ability to efficiently communicate creative thinking through rough sketches and mock-ups.
  • Experience and knowledge of applying corporate brand guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and consultative skills driven by empathy and a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
