About HSF Kramer Finance: HSF Kramer Finance practice is a well-established international Banking and Finance practice, known for executing high-profile and complex finance deals. The London Finance Division advises lenders, borrowers, advisers and other key players in the financial markets on various financings and transactions.
About HSF Kramer Digital Finance: The HSF Kramer Digital Finance team provides cost-effective and high-quality managed legal service offerings across a wide range of finance transactions, collaborating with the HSF Kramer Finance teams on market-leading mandates.
The Role: The successful candidate will work closely with the HSF Kramer Digital Finance senior team, assisting on a broad range of transactions including securitisation, structured finance, energy finance, project finance, infrastructure, real estate finance and leveraged finance. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering excellent client service and managing discrete pieces of legal work.
- Building and strengthening relationships with clients, acting as a direct point of contact.
- Managing and delegating work to junior colleagues.
- Contributing to the development of the Digital Finance practice.
- Complying with risk requirements and firm policies.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant areas of law.
- Improving processes and offering innovative solutions to clients.
- Contributing to business development activities for the Digital Finance practice.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or Northern Ireland; other common law jurisdictions considered.
- At least three years' relevant PQE.
- Good experience in financing transactions.
- Strong legal skills, including drafting, negotiation and project management.
- Foundational understanding of law firm profitability and financial efficiency.
