- Creation and maintenance of information barriers including corresponding with partners and other matter team members.
- Supporting the team in carrying out conflicts searches and analysis in respect of low risk matters under supervision.
- Administrative tasks to support data integrity.
- Research tasks primarily using Intapp.
- Creating, reviewing and maintaining online resources.
- Bulk data management, especially in regard to class action and bankruptcy matters.
- Supporting and participating in discrete projects as requested (e.g. assisting in the response to Business Development requests).
- Law degree.
- Paralegal experience in a City practice preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - the person will liaise with both lawyers and business services groups, in each case at all levels of seniority and from all offices.
