The Person We Are Looking For

  • Has a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paraplanner
  • Diploma qualified
  • Studying towards, or keen to pursue, further professional financial planning qualifications
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
  • Interested in developing both technical knowledge and client-facing skills
  • Looking for genuine career progression and long-term opportunities
  • Is prepared to be mainly office based so we can provide the necessary training

Anticipated Time frame (subject to ability / business needs)

  • Years 1 & 2 building on existing Financial Planning Assistant skills
  • Years 3, 4 & 5 working towards & gaining Chartered status
  • Year 5 onwards – migrating into full-time Chartered Financial Planner role, taking leads and direct responsibility for clients

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 depending on level of experience
