About the team and role: Our Measurement & Insights team operates as a global centre of excellence, partnering closely with regional markets to drive data led decision making and elevate analytics maturity across the business. We are a collaborative, forward thinking team committed to delivering high impact insights that shape both strategy and performance globally. As a Regional Insights & Measurement Manager you will play a critical role in bridging global measurement strategy with regional execution across Europe, Africa, APAC and India. Acting as a trusted partner to regional stakeholders, you will ensure analytics frameworks are effectively embedded, while uncovering insights that drive local growth and inform global priorities.

In this role you will:

  • Partner with regional marketing and business teams to deliver actionable insights
  • Lead deep dive analyses across digital campaigns, commerce and engagement
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing effectiveness
  • Drive adoption of measurement frameworks across markets, ensuring consistency in complex, matrixed environments
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI, and SQL
  • Navigate evolving tools and processes, identifying pragmatic solutions to deliver impact
  • Collaborate with global Measurement, MarTech and Digital Product teams
  • Ensure data governance, tagging and measurement consistency
  • Translate complex data into clear business recommendations
  • Enable teams through training and self-service analytics tools
  • Share best practices and drive continuous improvement

Our requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in analytics, insights or measurement
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required ideally in Analytics, Statistics or Business is preferred.
  • Experience in global / multi-regional environments
  • Ability to operate effectively within matrixed, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, SQL, Snowflake
  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Databricks or equivalent
  • Experience driving change and influencing without direct authority
  • Knowledge of Python or R is preferred
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Analytical, curious and commercially minded
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and building structure where needed
  • Strong prioritisation skills and resilience in fast paced setting
