About the team and role: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive growth across the UK, Ireland, and Iceland. You will be the bridge between our brand and our Independent Distributors, helping them grow their businesses through creative, high-impact marketing. This is a "hands-on meets strategy" role. You’ll switch between designing assets in Canva and shaping annual strategies, ensuring every project—from product launches to event branding—moves the needle on sales. You will work closely with Distributors and the Field Sales team to translate market needs into actionable plans. You will also be the crucial local voice, influencing regional PR and Corporate Comms to ensure plans resonate in the UK market. Our team culture is built on trust, mutual accountability, and a shared vision of creating a positive impact.
In this role you will:
- Lead strong PC literacy including PowerPoint.
- Have a proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment.
- Be a confident communicator and builder of relationships with management and Distributors alike.
- Have the ability to travel to approximately six events per year.
Advantageous: Marketing qualification and/or a passion for the health and fitness sector.
