About The Team
We are a multicultural and diverse team that is open and collaborative, and this is the perfect time to be joining as we are going through our digital transformation. Our new digital ecosystem (with Herbalife One as the main focus regarding product and change) is aimed at significantly consolidating and improving the Distributor experience. As part of a cross‑functional agile team, you will be instrumental in managing project activities in lead‑up to launches of new products and features and will be responsible for orchestrating continuity regarding the post‑launch process (successful transition to Service Operations, iterative delivery of product changes and ensuring uptake of our new solutions).
In This Role You Will
- Digital Portfolio Delivery: Manage new market launches and new feature releases.
- Market UAT and Business Readiness: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness.
- Delivery success: Accountable for the successful delivery of digital solutions, encompassing all project delivery activities. Ensure that we are set up for success across all areas, operate consistently within standard Agile ways‑of‑working, and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to manage delivery.
- Managing of project timeline, milestones, risks, impediments, resources and business impact.
- Proactive tracking of tasks and deliverables across the project community and lifecycle to ensure timely tactical execution.
- Proactive resolution of impediments that could impact on timelines, quality and team efficiency.
- Creation and maintenance of project plans (with touchpoints encompassing various areas of the organisation) that support the program.
- Drive best practices and blueprint orientation.
- Close partnership with the internal Value Stream and Business Readiness leads to ensure a well-structured and managed shift towards our new digital features and ecosystem.
- Stakeholder management: Effectively managing stakeholders across the value chain – including global, regional, market‑level, Distributor as well as vendor stakeholders. Dissemination of project‑relevant communication assets will be imperative to ensure quality go‑live as well as adoption. Foster an outcome‑oriented culture and cadence, underpinned by good orchestration and communication.
- Continuous improvement: Manage, track and coordinate the continuous delivery process, and ensure that post‑launch changes are executed/delivered within a framework of solid orchestration (leveraging project management and release train principles).
- Supervisory responsibilities: Project Managers and User Acceptance Testing Leads in GBS Poland & GBS KL.

- Organised and structured way of working, with a hands‑on and proactive approach to track activities, find solutions for impediments and manage stakeholders.
- Able to develop excellent relationships and communicate effectively up to executive level profiles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; other European languages highly appreciated.
Experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects in a global environment within different time zones simultaneously.
- Leading through uncertainty.
- Experience in testing automation is an added value.
- Experience as scrum master is an added advantage.
- Experience in the field of Release Train management will be an added advantage.
- Experience in using resource and project management tools (MS Project, Fluid or equivalent).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of eCommerce projects and digital transformation initiatives.
Education
- Program/Project management qualification (Prince2/Agile/PMP or equivalent).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management or similar is desired.
