Overview
We’re looking for a talented Midweight Creative Artworker to join our growing in-house creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about bringing ideas to life across print, digital, and brand campaigns.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and production teams to transform concepts into polished, production-ready artwork. From digital assets and event branding to brochures and campaign visuals, you’ll be a key player in delivering high‑quality creative that supports our brand at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts into final artwork across digital and print formats.
- Deliver accurate, brand‑compliant assets ready for production.
- Collaborate with the Brand Content team on new product launches and campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects to tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Retouch imagery and prepare artwork for various repro processes.
- Uphold visual standards across typography, layout, colour and logo usage.
- Liaise with Studio and Design Managers as well as third‑party production partners.
- Support technical aspects of file preparation, proofing, and asset management.
- Contribute ideas in creative workshops and team brainstorms.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing strong layout, typography, and production work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a bonus).
- Deep understanding of print and digital production processes.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Experience working within brand guidelines, with a passion for consistency and quality.
- Familiarity or interest in AI‑powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Firefly) is a plus.
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field qualification.
