We're looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our friendly team at our Lymington headquarters. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting customers across our family of brands, including Organic Colour Systems, Tints of Nature, Oiamiga, Pin-up Perm and Bio-Health.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels
- Resolving customer complaints with empathy, professionalism and care
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting customers across all Herb UK brands
- Helping customers feel seen, heard and valued
- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Greeting visitors and supporting general reception duties
- Collecting and distributing post
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
About you:
We're more interested in who you are than what's on your CV. You don't necessarily need previous customer service experience, but you do need to be someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. You'll be confident speaking to people from all walks of life, able to stay calm when things get busy, and willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You'll be:
