Hera has partnered with a high growth B2C brand that\’s scaling rapidly and who, due to an exciting period of growth, are now looking for a Senior Product Analyst to own the data strategy that drives product growth.
This is a senior, visible position where you\’ll transform complex data into actionable strategies, directly shaping the product roadmap and influencing commercial decisions. What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Lead product insights and analytics, uncovering trends and opportunities across large datasets.
- Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments to guide product improvements.
- Translate sophisticated analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure robust data models, pipelines, and reporting.
- Present findings to leadership and cross-functional teams with clarity and influence.
You\’ll Excel In This Role If You Have:
- 4+ years in analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity within a high growth B2C environment.
- A proven track record of driving product and commercial strategy through actionable data insights.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with very large datasets.
- Expertise in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and data storytelling abilities to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau (bonus: dbt or modern data stack experience).
