They are looking for a Partnerships Manager with 2-4 years of experience in lending or fintech to build and grow their network of finance brokers. As Partnerships Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle of broker relationships, from initial outreach and onboarding to ongoing performance management. Your primary goal is to build a thriving network of finance brokers who introduce clients, directly driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the founders to refine the partner acquisition strategy and ensure brokers fully understand the product's value proposition.
Responsibilities:- Identify and engage finance brokers within the B2B lending and commercial finance sectors.
- Build a pipeline of prospective partners through consistent outbound activity.
- Clearly articulate the company's product and value proposition to brokers, demonstrating commercial understanding.
- Onboard new broker partners efficiently, providing the tools and support they need to generate deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with active brokers to encourage repeat business and increase engagement.
- Monitor broker performance, identifying opportunities to increase deal flow and address any performance gaps.
- Collaborate with the founders to refine the partnership strategy and messaging as the business scales.
