  • Use AI tools for prospect research, stakeholder intelligence, pitch preparation and competitive analysis.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in HubSpot and provide reliable forecast reporting.
  • Build and nurture relationships across multiple buyer roles within existing and new accounts.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience within the automotive/dealership SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a self-directed sales environment.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, including cold prospecting through close.
  • Experience selling on value and ROI, with ability to build and present business cases using data and financial models.

  • Established UK automotive dealer network, particularly across aftersales, service and marketing functions (desirable but not essential).
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools in a professional context for research, pitch development or sales preparation.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM, with discipline around data hygiene and pipeline accuracy.
  • Comfort managing both cold outreach to new prospects and expansion selling simultaneously.
  • Self-directed, accountable, consultative, commercially sharp, resilient and patient mindset.
  • Collaborative, curious and coachable approach to work and continuous learning.
  • Technologically fluent with willingness to embed AI into daily workflow.
  • Entrepreneurial outlook with ability to thrive in a scale-up environment.
