We are representing a profitable, self-funded FinTech company that is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in account management within the SaaS or financial data sector. You will have a direct impact on the business, helping to shape its growth and refine its client success strategies.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of over 100 clients within the financial services industry. Your primary focus will be on managing the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring they receive maximum value from the data intelligence platform.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, conduct strategic reviews, and act as the voice of the client within the business, providing valuable feedback to the product and data teams.

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of more than 100 clients in the financial sector, taking ownership of renewals and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Lead regular strategic review meetings with senior client stakeholders, using data to demonstrate the platform's value and return on investment.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of Product Specialists and Customer Success professionals to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Proactively manage client relationships to mitigate churn and ensure long-term partnerships.

You have 3 to 5 years of account management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS, data, or financial services company. You are experienced in working with senior decision-makers within financial services. You are commercially astute, with proven experience managing renewals, handling pricing discussions, and building strong business cases for expansion. You possess the technical understanding to grasp data products and effectively communicate with product specialists. You are a clear and credible communicator, both in writing and in person.
